All items go via Royal Mail, Royal Mail Air Mail, or Private Courier. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Any Shipping delays will immediately be relayed to the customer by their preferred means of communication. Orders can be delivered to you (within the UK), by guaranteed next day delivery, and only on request and proper payment. Guaranteed next day delivery and guaranteed before 1 pm next day delivery must be confirmed and paid for before 12 pm the previous day.

Orders to the USA and some other Countries can take 5 to 10 days for delivery. 

Orders are not shipped or processed on the weekends or bank holidays.

If you need something before a specific date, please email us before purchasing the item. Any orders received after 4 pm (GMT) on Friday afternoons or Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and sent out on the following working day. During busy periods such as sales or new range release this may take longer due to the large amounts of orders received.

If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email. If an item is sold out and is not available you will be offered a refund, store credit or exchange for another product of equal value.


Mepppz accepts returns for exchange only, on all unused and undamaged items received in the original packaging and in original condition with all original tags still on the item within 5 days of delivery date. We offer store credit or exchange only on ALL  RETURNS we do not issue refunds. Exceptions may apply. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compatible with our policies. If an item does not fit we will gladly EXCHANGE for the same item of a different size, or a different item of equal value WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. If we no longer carry your size or if your size is not offered we may issue a store credit valid for 30 days. Item can only be exchanged if UNWORN and with all ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. 

If your return is approved by owners in order to submit a return, simply email with your order number and the details of your return request and we will do our best to make you happy. A request to return an item must be made within 5 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you. The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways: (1) credit or (2) a refund in the original form of payment. If you choose a refund in credit, return shipping will be free. If you choose a refund in the original form of payment, you are responsible for return shipping. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our customer support and you will receive your refund in credits. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting us.
